Are we your local Citizens Advice?
Each Citizens Advice is able to provide a different level of service and has a different level of local knowledge.
We are the local Citizens Advice for people resident in PO1-PO6. If you live outside this area, it might be more appropriate to speak to your local Citizens Advice. The surrounding Citizens Advice are Citizens Advice Havant, Citizens Advice Gosport,Citizens Advice Fareham, Citizens Advice Isle of Wight, and Citizens Advice Winchester District.
Wherever you live, our debt advice service and services for armed forces personnel can still assist you.
How does Citizens Advice Portsmouth work?
Citizens Advice Portsmouth provides advice through specialist teams in a number of areas. You can view our specialist teams here.
If your enquiry does not fall within the area of one of our specialist teams, our volunteer-led generalist advice team will provide information and advice to you.
Please be aware that we are not the council-funded advice provider for Portsmouth and so our generalist advice team does have limited resources, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
